These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DayWin, including our website, applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service

DayWin provides personal planning, task, focus, goal, reminder, and related organizational tools. Features may change as the product develops. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Subscriptions and billing

Where paid checkout is available, the price, billing interval, currency, taxes, and any trial terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

Trials and early access

A trial or early-access period may include additional features or temporary pricing. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, early access does not create a charge. Before any paid subscription begins, we will display the price and ask you to confirm the purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid web subscription at any time through the available account or billing controls, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the already-paid period. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information and files you add to DayWin. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person's rights, or use DayWin for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the law.

AI and professional decisions

Optional AI features may organize or summarize information, but their output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Planning suggestions, reminders, motivation, and money calculations are organizational tools—not financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Verify important information and do not use reminders for emergencies or safety-critical events.

Intellectual property

DayWin, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, security risk, or when we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that every result will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayWin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email.
